What Might a Month Look Like For You?

Our consultants are plugged into the Amazon ecosystem, paying close attention to any updates or changes. We send out weekly emails to all of our monthly clients to help them be the most successful they can be in their business. For example, we were one of the first to let our clients know about the Amazon review policy change in October 2016, and provided actions and next steps for the risk averse to take to protect their accounts.

 

Our basic seller looks up the results in the daily spreadsheet to find that negative feedback was removed and stored, there were some concerning customer complaints about a product, and overall account health is good.

 

Our basic seller has a quick question about a contact he’s received. He contacts the team and receives a detailed response to his question within 12-24 hours from one of the consultants expert in that topic. A few times, he has asked a more complicated question, and the response was that it would be researched. The consultant came back a few days later with a detailed answer, vetted by their professional network. Even if we don’t know the answer immediately, we’ll get you a response.

 

Our standard seller package includes 10 hours of monthly support from an associate. In May, our seller needs listings uploaded, taking about 6 hours total. Then our seller needs to have coverage for Sabbath, for a total of 3 hours. Lastly, our seller needs help answering 1-2 star reviews on their private label listings, for the remaining hour of work for the month. If our seller needs more than 10 hours of work, this is billed at $55/hr. Our standard services cover: customer service, listing creation, and basic sponsored ads creation and management.
Our standard seller has a variety of daily issues that come up. Our package includes 30 prewritten blurbs that are tailored to the seller’s needs, and the “blurb library” is added to depending on what issues come up for that seller. Any additional blurbs or responses to negative feedback are included in the service.
A Basic seller sets up a call with our Seller Performance consultant in March to go over some recent warnings and guidance on prevention. In April, our seller needs some help improving their Feedback Genius emails, and spends on hour with our Content and Customer Experience consultant.
Our seller has thankfully never had her account suspended, but she has had three ASINs suspended. The work on these will be billed separately at a 25% discount for being on a monthly plan. Another seller does have his account suspended, and he pays only $1500 rather than the standard $2000 and receives guaranteed priority support as a monthly client.
Our private label client wants to grow to have multiple product lines from the same factory that she’s already formed a relationship with. Our merchandisers help you coordinate sample approvals, handle correspondence on purchase orders, schedule compliance services, and give you production updates. This option is perfect for those whose businesses are still too small to need a full time merchandising associate.
Your plan entitles you to one included inspection, a $309 value, with our service providers. We schedule and pay it for you, so you don’t need to pay any unexpected foreign currency or transfer fees. If you need two inspections in one month, and none in another month, that is not a problem!
Your program includes ongoing testing and inspections – but who can really understand what they even mean? Or perhaps you need a new supplier vetted and they sent you a bunch of documents. Our compliance team reviews your documents and provides a detailed written summary in layman’s English with recommended next steps to be completely risk averse, or if you’re willing to take some risk.

Who are your consultants?

Our consultants can be found here: https://www.thinkcascadia.com/cascadia-team/ – depending on your situation, one or more consultants may be the best fit for you. It is entirely fine to split up your time between consultants as well.

What is a daily performance spreadsheet?

We keep track of your performance indicators in your account on a daily basis, and our consultants are made aware of any immediate issues as soon as they’re noted by our associates. Our review covers: removal of negative feedback; checking your ODR; collating returns data; and providing feedback on buyer/seller messaging. Every Wednesday, we do a deep dive, and you’ll get an email from our Seller Performance team informing you of findings and recommendations, if there are any. This allows you to be completely hand’s off with the performance of your account!

I'm not a private label seller yet but I'm planning on it, should I sign up for the compliance package?

That depends on how you intend to go about being a private label seller! If you intend to work with us for coaching, then no – you should sign up for a different plan, whichever fits you best, and coaching you through the product development process the first time will be separate. However, if you have established relationships with suppliers, you have regular needs for inspections and compliance documentation review, then by all means, sign up as for the compliance program.

Can I upgrade after signing up?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up. We have found that clients love the localized support for the Seller Central accounts or for their China based businesses, or both!

What is your payment policy?

We require a half month’s fees up front, where you learn about us, and we learn more about you. Once you have decided if you want to move forward with one of our programs, then we require recurring monthly auto pay. If you prefer to pay on a monthly basis, then the fees are an additional 10% ( for example, if your plan is $400 or $800, then it would be $440, $880) per month. Payment is due at the beginning of each month. You need to provide 30 days’ notice to cancel the service, and no penalties apply.
