What do I get if I work with Cascadia for reinstatements?
The first step for a reinstatement action is an account review. To properly respond to Amazon, we need to understand your account inside and out. We then discuss the results with you and your options for reinstatement. If you choose to move forward with us, then we charge $2000 flat rate until we get you reinstated or you choose not to move forward. I'm not currently suspended; what services do you offer?
We offer two prevention offerings for clients: account review and monthly review service. The account review pricing is based on account size. We review the account as though it is suspended to provide you an evaluation of your overall suspension risk, for all of the types of enforcement that Amazon executes on: Seller Performance, Product Quality, and Compliance. We also offer a monthly review service to stay on top of your account health. It includes regular monitoring of all performance indicators on your account, and includes access to a dedicated project management tool for ease of communication with your consulting team.
I have a suspended listing, do you help with those?
Yes, we do. We specialize in branded product listings where you may be getting used as new notices or inauthentic notices on a product that is actually your own brand. Additionally, we specialize in restricted products takedowns, particularly those for unauthorized claims, and resolving the issue for our clients. Our base price is $1000 to work on ASIN listing reinstatement issues for branded items. This includes our initial intake and discussions with you, learning about your business, how you produce your product, and is fully inclusive of our time and effort in providing you feedback on improvements with the factory, POAs to Amazon for the listing, and whatever else is needed to help you get your product – or a variation of it – back onto the website.
For resellers, we charge based on the quantity and type of issue. We do ad hoc listing reinstatements, or you can sign up for one of our plans to get priority responses. Please contact us for a free quotation!
Do you offer expedited services, such as same day or on holidays and weekends?
This is done on a case by case basis. Because we need to learn about your business to be able to write a viable plan for you, reviewing your account takes time and effort. But, if you are absolutely insistent on getting same day service, or on holidays and weekends, please call our Business Development Manager, Christina, to explain the situation, and she will evaluate the schedule to see if we can fit you in. Certainly, our current clients will always take priority with us, but if we can solve your urgent problem, we absolutely will. For expedited same day/Saturday service, we charge 1.5x the rate, and for Sunday or holiday service, we charge 2x the standard rate.
